Terms & Conditions Agreement

AS OF JUNE 29TH 2009 NO NEW AFFILIATES WILL BE ALLOWED TO JOIN THIS PROGRAM. ALL APPLICATIONS WILL BE DELETED.

Traffic from the USA, UK, and Canada only is allowed.

Our sites will filter the sign-ups from other countries automatically.

Our Affiliates are paid on the 15th of each month for the 30 days previous.

Our Affiliates are paid either by Check or Paypal. Our Affiliates on the 10th or 11th of each month request their earnings be converted into points on one of our incentives sites instead of receiving a cash value from us.

Affiliates are paid 15%-25% of what each user they refer to us earns. Our sites are point based, each point is valued at 1 point to 1 dollar. If a user you refer earn  10 points than you account is credited 15% to 25% of that value.

15% is the base value earned.

If you refer users who completed over 500 offers/campaigns per month you will earn 20% of the base value earned.

If you refer users who completed over 1000 offers/campaigns per month you will earn 25% of the base value earned.

We tracked based on the first to refer the said user. The difference between our affiliate programs and others. We have it setup globally. This means if you refer a user to one of our sites, and than that user signs up for any of our other sites that we link together in the NetworkLagoon.com family, than you will gain credit for them on any site. 
The affiliate program is basically a Mega Referral Link, but paid only once per month rather than daily/almost instantly on our sites. The affiliate program has a higher earning potential.

Fraudulent traffic is not permitted.

You are also paid 5% of the commission any one you refer who than signs up and uses our affiliate program to refer members.

A valid tax-id is required upon your account reaching $599 before any additional payment can be made to you. Upon reaching $599 or above we will contact you to fill out a W9 form, or a W8 if International.
